Hi all—

I am a real estate attorney in Seattle, doing exclusively transactional work.  I have spent most of my career representing developers, including housing developers.  I have done a lot of work with covenanted communities, and condominiums.

I am sick of working exclusively for developers, and want to learn more about co-housing.  I am particularly interested in the sustainability of intentional communities, and whether the covenants can help sustain the community even when the founders move on.
