Thank you, Neil, for the welcome and invitation. My name is Lynn Englund. I live in St. Paul, Minnesota, and have had a long-time interest in cohousing and historic and contemporary intentional communities. I am currently on the board of Twin Cities Cohousing Network (TCCN), a 501(c)(3) a sociocratic organization working as an umbrella group to educate and connect people interested in cohousing in the greater metropolitan area. I am also currently facilitating a Senior Cohousing Study Group 1: Aging Successfully group that formed through a local church congregation. This work has led me to begin researching more scholarly articles, especially on aging. I do not live in cohousing, but am developing stronger social relationships and shared meals with other owners in my condo building (including my 87-year-old mother, who lives two doors down the hall). My aim is to build an urban cohousing community in-place among interested residents because I love my location! My teaching at the University of Minnesota has focused on intentional community and parent and family education courses. See https://www.livesworthliving.info/ to learn about a 3-week, multi-generational, cohousing-like, residential-class that my colleagues and I have delivered for the past 16 years to learners of all ages. Lynn
