Developing Cohousing is difficult - a study of development efforts
Conclusion: Of the 461 communities listed in cohousing directory from
 1994 - 2017, 317 failed to get built (69%) and 144 succeeded (31%).

questions like: How long has it taken to establish cohousing
communities? How long have efforts continued before failing?

I'm curious if anyone has found this 'raw' data (formated directory
listings over time) useful for other study.

I'm thinking of capturing directories from the last 8 years to update
the study - put it on my todo list at least.

You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people

Trump has proved he can fool enough of the people (aided by circumstances)
to get elected US president. But what happens when his plans and boasts
go awry. For example, mass deportations and huge tariffs will do a number
on the economy. Fred 11/11/24
