Try contacting the Chairs and see what they think. They might put out your request to their listserv:

My name is Josette Duncan from Gastonia, NC. I have a 22 year old son with Down Sundrome. I'm in the process of creating a nonprofit organization that will create cohousing communities for adults with developmental disabilities. We love the concept of cohousing because once our children become adults it becomes difficult to find a place for them to belong, to feel productive, and to have some form of independence from their parents. They spend many hours alone and they can't work too many hours or they'll lose their government benefits. So this model will create educational, recreational, and vocational opportunities for our children as well as a safe environment for them to explore some independence. I'm really excited about our venture and if anyone has any advise or would like to help, we'd love to hear from you.
