Hi Fred,

In the past, Tony Serna who used to manage the ic.org (and cohous) directory has sent me the database in spreadsheet form. I forget who is taking care of it now, but if you could get them to send you the data, at least the variables you need, in a spreadsheet, you could sort by property size. CRN doesnt seem have that variable in our databases, unfortunately.

I tried a brute force approach of downloading the html of
248 "complete" pages from ic.org to one file.
Pages like, for example: http://www.ic.org/directory/swans-market-cohousing/
That gets to be a big file 22 Mbytes). I can extract most of what I want but
there is probably a better way. (Common house size is not on complete pages,
it is on the communiy's page at cohousing.org )
(e.g. http://cohousing.org/Swan%27s%20Market%20Cohousing )
