Hi Neil and researchers!  I appreciate the opportunity to join the discussion on this listserv and hope to learn more.

A little about me:

Carla Truax
Los Angeles, CA, USA
Facilitator of an interest group of people who want to begin living in intentional communities.  We've hosted meetings, field trips to visit communities, and skill building workshops.  Many of them are described here:

I'm interested in the CRN because I think this process would be interesting to document, and helpful to others.  I studied environmental studies and public health, and will be applying to PhD programs in the near future.  It seems like there could be survey instruments or other research tools I could learn from!  The potential for communities to improve health, social connections, and reduce impacts is great.

Sincerely,

Carla Truax

Getting to know you…
I, and I know others on Cohousing Research Network’s (CRN) Core team, would love to learn more about all the folks on this list.  There are 40 of us on this list now!  So, I invite you all to share a little about yourself.  Here are some suggestions?

Where you are geographically located? (Country/City)
What Cohousing, Intentional or other community do you live in?

What interest you about Cohousing and the CRN?

What would you like to talk about, share and learn?
How would you like to contribute to CRN?

Anything else you’d like to add?

I/We look forward to hearing from you all!

Thank you
Neil
