Hi Neil.
I Attended the CSA annual meetings the last two years and made a presentation on the Northampton Association of Education and Industry (1842-46).  I was amazed how their annual conference was so much less expensive than the cohousing conference.  Sorry but I have no nominations to suggest.  David
