Lovely to hear from you! Karin announced her transition to us on the Coho/US events and Madison conference planning teams about a month ago. I immediately asked folks who I believed already knew who was creating a "moment” to express gratitude and so on. Nothing.

I called Raines and said I wanted to do something. Of course, he said! I waited a few days in case I heard back from anyone. Still nothing. I decided it was mine to do! The rest you know from seeing my note. 

What I do know, which pleases me immensely, is that Karin is taking all her skills and becoming the caddis collaborative's business development person. Here is more about them https://caddispc.com. You’ll no doubt remember Bryan Bowen who you and I met years back as the architect for Wild Sage Cohousing (Boulder), Cohousing champion and supporter and SO much more. Bighearted. He always helped me with our bus tours! Some years back, he shifted his solo architect practice and co-created the collaborative.

I imagine Karin might be willing to share more on Monday, including what she knows about how what Coho/US is doing to find someone to do the job.
