In case you had not happened across it,
the 2010 cohousing-L message:

has a link to a Landelijke Vereniging Centraal Wonen
map of Dutch cohousing with contact info.
(The poster of that message might know more.)

Luk Jonckheere <jonckheere.luk [at] gmail.com> (2014 address)
in nearby Belgium subscribed to Cohousing-L from about 2002 to 2012
and posted about 29 times.  It might be worth trying to get in touch
with him.

There is also a current subscriber with a .nl (Netherlands) address
tho they give their location as California.  If you'd like to contact
them send me a note off list.
